Refund policy

All items in my shop are made to order unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of our items I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer mistakes made during the order process. For instance, if the buyer requests customization, but misspells the name. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your item please message me before you leave a review and I will work with you to rectify the situation. I ask that you please be patient if you have any issues with your item as it will take time to resolve any concerns.

 

In what I anticipate to be very rare circumstances, the only items that are eligible for refund are items that arrive in a damaged condition. Photographic proof of damage-on-arrival (no exceptions), with the damaged packaging, a photo, and the damaged goods may be required (to be received via e-mail to info@shopmandyscreations.com within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item for refund to be considered. Refund requests will not be entertained more than 24 hours after an item is marked "delivered."

If the goods need to be returned buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs.

Unfortunately, shipping costs can not be refunded.
